We would like to take this opportunity to introduce BLOSSOM, a non-profit organization run by a group of women sociologists. Since its inception in 1993, Blossom has been committed to improving the welfare of society’s most marginalized groups, particularly women and children.

	To make sure certain community frameworks are developed, ensuring women and children's issues are properly addressed.
	To ensure communities have greater access and control over their resources and to enable equal distribution.
	To facilitate a process, wherein community knowledge and resources are preserved and built on by fair and mutual exchange
	To continually develop Blossom as a primarily humanitarian organization.
