Introduction
Mahalir Thittam is one of the government projects run by Tamil Nadu Corporation for Developments of women (TNCDW) Limited. BLOSSOM TRUST has been registered under Mahalir Thittam since 2000. The main goal of this project is to develop the economic status of women in rural communities. We are forming self help groups in rural areas of Virudhunagar and Sivakasi in order to promote the socio-economical well being of the women. We also give Animator & Representative (A&R) training to improve group relationships, activities and account management skills and establish links with banks in order to secure loans for income generation.
